This project focuses on the use of vision and detection technologies in robotics, including 3D and 2D object detection, autonomous robots with vision, and multimodal prompts for robotics tasks.

SPARCL integrates state-of-the-art computer vision and AI-powered detection into every robotic platform. Our vision stack combines 2D and 3D sensing with deep learning models trained specifically for aviation maintenance scenarios.

AI-Powered Detection

Our detection models are trained on proprietary datasets of aircraft surface conditions, enabling accurate identification of corrosion types, paint degradation patterns, and structural anomalies. The system continuously improves through active learning from field deployments.

Integration

The vision system feeds directly into the robot control loop, enabling closed-loop precision for laser ablation, painting, and inspection tasks. All detection results are logged with GPS coordinates and timestamps for maintenance record compliance.
